beehiiv Launch / Scale / Max (flat tiers — same price from 2,501 to 100,000 subscribers). Kit Newsletter (free up to 10K) and Creator (paid, flat base price that scales after ~35K subscribers). What the billing toggle changes

Monthly shows pay-as-you-go rates. Annual applies each platform's discount: beehiiv Scale $49 → $43/mo, Kit "save 17%" annual discount, MailerLite 10% off. Annual savings are real but require a 12-month commitment upfront.
